Description
This was painted after Helen went on a flight in a microlight. She was interested in patterns within the landscape; seeing it flattened from above. She uses a cold wax medium with the oil paint which allows her to build up textures and scratch into it to reveal the layers beneath. The canvas is complete with D-rings and cord.
