Classical guitar 4/4 size
It features a solid mahogany body with 38 mm-thick acoustic chambers, a solid cedar top, a glued mahogany neck and a Pau Ferro fingerboard with 20 frets.
Pau Ferro is a high-density wood from the forests of Brazil and Bolivia. It has a hybrid temperament between Rosewood and Maple, between roundness and clarity. Its pleasant touch is unmistakably reminiscent of Ebony.
In the end, this combination of woods produces warm, rich and dynamic tones, with exaggerated mid-range frequencies. It reacts remarkably well to the nuances of the musician’s playing.
The Fishman Stage Pickup System, with its combination of under-saddle piezo pickup and body sensors, faithfully reproduces the Stage’s natural temperament. Whether on stage or in the studio, it’s easy to use thanks to three fundamental settings: pickup balance, volume and equalization.
For guitarists who love the sweet sounds of nylon-string guitars but are more familiar with the ergonomics of electrics, the Cordoba Stage is undoubtedly an option to consider.
