« Scratching the Surface » stands in relation to « The naked Truth ». Both are questioning what is behind the curtain, what stays when the tinsel and glitter is gone. Mixed media (Acrylics, Wallpaper, Charcoal, Graphite and Spray Paint). Signed on the front and signed and dated on the back. With a heavy texture from collage materials (ash). The sides are not painted but with the visible traces of the development of the painting. The Canvas was stretched on wooden frames by myself and a solid hanger is mounted, so the painting is ready to hang, you only need a nail.
