Two studies of a female nude that relate to each other as a pair. The model’s physicality is captured via the loose and expressive mark making. The two poses relate to each other, with the left hand figure seeming to look absent mindedly across to the right hand rear pose. The works are mounted individually, so as to be framed separately, but hung in close proximity.
