Stylized flowers on a patterned background. Simon M Smith makes drawings on tissue paper from unwanted dress patterns using a fine-nibbed permanent marker. He pastes the tissue paper onto the surface of the painting, and use acrylic, building his pictures in layers of tissue and paint.
