Description
90 x 90cm Mixed media using gold leaf on box canvas Deep reds and pinks blending with copper. The contrast of the warm colours with the greys and blues of the sky and water create a highly atmospheric composition, inviting the viewer to look deeper into the painting. This original composition uses a unique combination of copper leaf, acrylic and watercolour paints and pastels on a 3.5cm deep, gallery wrapped canvas. It is protected from dust and UV light by a thin layer of varnish. The sides are painted black, giving this artwork a highly contemporary finish. Framing is not required.
