Description
In this recent work, the artist is introducing a cartoon couple as a counterbalance of her elongated more fragile looking long figures. The background of her work remains old wasted walls and windows to invite the viewer to look beyond the first appearance. She is building these walls with different layers of sand, newsprint and oilpaint. Once the background is finished, she draws the figures with pencil or oil pastel.
