Description
Mixed media using gold leaf on box canvas « Warm and inviting; reflections and sunsets go well together! As with the first painting in the series, up close, it’s clearly highly abstracted, but look again from further away and it appears to become more and more realistic. » This atmospheric, original artwork uses a unique combination of gold leaf, acrylic and watercolour paints and pastels on a 3.5cm deep, gallery wrapped canvas. It is protected from dust and UV light by a thin layer of varnish. The sides are painted black, giving this artwork a highly contemporary finish. Framing is not required.
