Did you ever notice, what beautiful and interesting frogs exists? I did…! With my impression of the unbelievable beautiful blue of the Blue Poison Dart Frog I started, and this little series of frog paintings came into life: « Frog King » , « Red-eyed Tree Frog » and « Blue Poison Dart Frog » (this painting!). Blue Poison Dart Frog is an abstract painting, playing with the colours and the blue in blue pattern of the Blue Poison Dart Frog. Sealed with a glossy varnish (Lascaux) as it matches the style of the painting and as a protection. The sides are painted in white.
