Overdrive, distortion & fuzz effect pedal
Designed around the original Big Muff Pi 2 circuit, this pedal offers singing sustain and massive gain, while possessing a unique tone that sets it apart from the classic Big Muff Pi. The VOL/TONE/SUSTAIN controls let you fine-tune the sound just like on the original model, while the TONE and WICKER switches open up new sonic perspectives. The TONE switch deactivates the tone potentiometer completely, creating full-spectrum distortion. The 3-position WICKER switch opens the circuit’s high-pass filters, adding two extra levels of treble brilliance and clarity. This is particularly useful with the lowest tone settings.
The Big Muff Pi 2 with Tone Wicker is equipped with a latching/momentary pedal. Press the pedal briefly for normal locked operation, or hold it down for a brief burst of fuzz!
