100 x 80cm Mixed media using gold leaf on canvas Using copper leaf to give a soft, fertile feel. This painting almost bridges the gap between my abstract figurative and landscape styles. This original composition uses a unique combination of copper leaf, acrylic and watercolour paints and pastels on a 1.6cm deep, gallery wrapped canvas. It is protected from dust and UV light by a thin layer of varnish. The sides are painted black, giving this artwork a highly contemporary finish. Framing is not required.
