Description
Recently the artist is introducing a small cartoon couple to give a counterbalance in her otherwise more melancholic and introspective work. In this piece,she united two extreme human forms, one elongated and very skinny, the other very small and round to express how certain people are complete outsiders, living in their own world, one happy with it the other not. The background of her paintings remains the same, many layers of newsprint, sand and acrylics finished with oil glazes, always leaving visible carefully chosen text-layers.
