Description
70 x 70cm Mixed media using copper leaf on box canvas Moody and highly atmospheric, with the implication of a storm. This somewhat charged sensation is accentuated by the slightly ambiguous double lines under the clouds, alluding to both the sunshine and lightning. This original artwork uses a unique combination of copper leaf, acrylic and watercolour paints and pastels on a 4cm deep, gallery wrapped canvas. It is protected from dust and UV light by a thin layer of varnish. The sides are painted black, giving this artwork a highly contemporary finish. Framing is not required.
