80 x 100cm Mixed media using gold leaf on canvas Capturing the moment in which a passing evening cloud has opened and the ensuing downpour soaks the land. This original composition uses a unique combination of gold leaf, acrylic and watercolour paints and pastels on a 3.5cm deep, gallery wrapped canvas. It is protected from dust and UV light by a thin layer of varnish. The sides are painted black, giving this artwork a highly contemporary finish. Framing is not required.
